Essential tool database software available* (free of charge) – requires Microsoft Access® database software (not provided). Database allows for: lookup of tools, tool location, tool pictures, etc.; Tool check-in and checkout functionality; Ability to add additional special tools inventory you have at your dealership. Software is free of charge with the purchase of the tool storage cabinets. *This database is to be run locally at your dealership and is not a web based or corporate managed software system. Database support beyond providing current release and download at time of purchase is not provided by this program.

• Tools are organized to a specific location based on the length, width and height of the tool to maximize cabinet storage space; each tool is given a location.
• Designed with expansion room built in for future required tools.
• Stores over 680 tools -- 421 current required tools and approx. 268 tool spaces for expansion (subject to change based on the actual size of future tools released).
• The two top shelf units provide an additional 4 shelves with 24 square feet of storage for larger tools.
• 22 full extension drawers 36" wide x 24" deep; 56,911 cubic inches, 19,158 square inches.
• Drawer layout sheets provided to give quick reference to tool locations by drawer (this is an 8.5x11" sheet per drawer, not a drawer inlay sheet).
• Required tool list printed by order number and 6-digit part number showing cabinet and drawer location of each tool.
• Supplied drawer dividers for each tool come with part number labels.
• Drawer fronts are labeled with full-length drawer labels which include the BMW® logo, drawer and cabinet number.
• Partitions are factory-installed for easy tool loading. All locks in set are keyed alike. Includes mesh drawer liners.
• 440 lb. per drawer weight capacity. Pallet truck base system for access to move cabinet.
